The hotel is ideally situated, close to all amenities and just a stone's throw away from the buzzing central pier. Despite the unclean room and broken facilities, the manager's promise of renovations gives hope for improvement. However, the current state led to a restless night and a decision not to revisit. The staff members, though, displayed exceptional customer service and showed genuine care for their guests.
